Single Occupancy
King rooms are only available at full room rates.

A single occupancy rate of £50 per night only applies to 'The Limes' and 'The Pines'.

Children, aged from 8 to 16 years can share a parents' room at £20 per night (bed and breakfast), one child

per room. Folding beds are only available to accommodate children in 'King' rooms.  We are sorry but we don't take children under the age of 8 years.

Deposits & Cancellations
At the time of booking we require the cost of the first night's stay per room as a deposit for mulit-night bookings. For single night bookings full payment is required. Deposits are payable by debit card or credit card.
If you cancel your booking, we reserve the right to retain the deposit, unless, either 7 days prior notice is given of the cancellation or, we are able to relet the room.
