There is also the possibility of trying cross-country skiing should snow permit around the Loch Morlich area. In the summer you can bag a few Munros, explore some trails on a mountain bike or get the miles in on traffic-light roads on your road bike. Alternatively, Cairngorms National Park has an array of water sports are available to try: kayaking down river rapids or canoeing gently across lochs. You may just wish to simply relax and enjoy the wildlife, clean air and peaceful nature that surround you.
