Booking Terms

Single Occupancy
King rooms are available at a single occupancy rate of £100 per night and a single occupancy rate of £95 per night applies to 'The Limes' and 'The Pines'. These rates apply all year round for 2026.

Children
We don't take children under the age of 8 years. Children, aged from 8 to 16 years can share a parents'  King room at £25 per night (bed and breakfast), one child per room. Folding beds are only available to accommodate children in 'The Larches' and 'The Firs' King rooms.

Payments & Cancellations 
At the time of booking, we take the cost of the first night for each room for all bookings, either single night or multi-night bookings. Should you need to cancel your room up to 7 days before your arrival, we will refund you the cost of your room; if you are cancelling less than 7 days before your arrival, we will refund you the cost of your room if we are able to re-let it. In both cases you will be refunded your deposit minus a small charge to cover the cost of booking and refund transactions.

How to pay
Once your booking has been confirmed, either full payment or the deposit can be paid via bank transfer or by 'Sumup' payment link. Any outstanding balance payments on departure, can be made by debit/ credit card or cash.

Sorry, no pets in the house.

Check-in
From 16.00 to 22.00 hours. Check-out 10.00 hours. Please give your estimated time of arrival when booking, or, the day before your date of arrival at Coig na Shee.
